YES! Deliveries are delayed slightly as the postal services are getting overwhelmed with everyone ordering online, but we are still processing orders, printing books and reading lots!
We usually say allow 2 weeks for orders to get to you, we have changed that to 3 weeks due to delays with Australia Post.

We have two sizes of book, the stories are A4 landscape (29.7cm wide by 21cm tall), 28 pages of story and 36 pages in total including the front and back cover and a dedication page.
Our recipe storybooks are smaller – 18cm by 18cm perfect for using in the kitchen.
The name of each character can be up to 12 letters long, this covers the majority of names. If you have a longer name do get in touch as we could adapt the book for you. This means that we have to look at the layout of every page in the book so that the text doesn’t fall off the page, which is why we have limited it to 12 letters at the moment.
We will send out books via Australia post letter priority or Australia post parcel, depending on how many books you order. You can also pay an extra $10 to have your book sent by Express post. We will email you once your order has been sent so that you know it is flying your way!
Printing takes up to a week for each book. Once it has been printed it will be shipped to your door. Below you can see the total time from ordering to arriving with you – please note that this time might be longer around busy periods like Christmas.
With the coronavirus deliveries are taking slightly longer. For Australia please allow 3 weeks before getting worried. Outside of Australia please allow 8 weeks.
It will be around 2 weeks from when you order to when you get your book. Once the order comes in we will send it over to the printer, when it comes back we will check it to make sure it is an awesome as we promised you! If there are any problems at this stage we will get in touch – there is nothing more annoying than not knowing what is going on. Once your book is carefully packed we will pop it in the mail and you will get an email to say that your order has been sent. All books will be sent from Sydney, the priority letter time according to Australia Post is:

If you have ordered more than 2 books they will be sent out by Australia Post eparcel.
In Australia it is FREE shipping on every order via Australia Post letter mail and $10 for express post. New Zealand is a flat rate of $4 per order. Everywhere else in the world it is a flat fee of AU$10 which is converted at the current currency rate, eg at the moment GBP is 5.05.
YES!!! Our books have already been books flying all around the world. Any books ordered for delivery outside Australia are sent by Australia Post pack and send which is a courier service. Delivery has been delayed due to COVID19 so you need allow at least 6 weeks from ordering. You will get a tracking number so you can see when it is due to arrive.
Yes, if you get your book and aren’t happy with the quality please get in touch via email or phone and we will work it out for you. We ask that you get back to us within 6 weeks of ordering – that’s about a month after you get the book, which should be enough time even if things get busy.
Arrrrh how annoying. We have put a special box to remind people to check spellings, as we know mistakes happen. If you do miss one then please call or email us as soon as you realise and we may be fix it up before it goes to the printer. Book orders aren’t sent to the printer the minute you order, they are usually sent later in the day.
Yes, just choose your gift wrapping at the checkout, there is a small extra cost so that our elves can go crazy with the sticky tape and paper!
No, we know that sometimes you send the book straight to its new owner. We put a note in with every book – if you want us to customise this let us know when you order in the comments box.
All the illustrations in the books are done by hand, we have a team of EXCEPTIONALLY talented artists – we will be featuring each one on the blog soon. They all have a different style, look and way of working which means each storybook has a different look as well as story….
All our books are good quality, it is important to us that the books are hard wearing for little hands, so we have used thick pages for the covers and the inside pages. The book covers are 350gsm and the internal pages 200gsm.
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or AMEX. There are no extra fees for using AMEX.

All our gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the purchase date (as per Australian law). We will keep a record of all vouchers and when they are used, so if you lose it for any reason please get in touch 😊
