Daniel Camp

Daniel Camp is an author and illustrator who has started making children's books after being inspired by his son Nolan. He grew up in San Diego, California until later moving to Los Angeles to work on video games and movies. He worked his way up from video game tester, to running his own motion capture studio, and then eventually became a visual effects artist. Several years ago he moved to Vancouver, Canada to follow the film industry. He now enjoys living in a small fishing village called Steveston with his wife and son, which is often used for filming lots of tv shows and films. All of his books are done entirely by him on an iPad and in an app called Procreate. Making children's books has been an amazing experience as he gets to share his imagination and creativity with others.
