Emily is a part-time writer/artist, full-time Environmental Scientist, and full-time mom. She loves to create in many mediums, and has been inspired by her young daughter, and her loving, supportive, and creative family. She also pulls inspiration from her life in Maryland, and from focusing on the tiniest of details anywhere she visits. Her favorite local destinations are Pennsylvania, Maine, and North Carolina. Beach Dreaming is Emily's first book, and she has more wonderful creations on the way.
