Brooke Van Sickle is a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers & Illustrators (SCBWI) and Regional Webmaster for the Iowa-SCBWI region. She’s also a member of the Independent Book Publishers Association (IBPA) and Midwest Independent Publishers Association (MiPa). She’s a 3-time published author through BiblioKid Publishing. Her first picture book, PIRATES STUCK AT “C”, was received a 2020 Purple Dragonfly Award Honorable Mention for children’s preschool picture book and was selected as a finalist in the 14th Annual NIEA for book cover design and children’s picture book.
