I was a bit reluctant to make this ice cream, we were given the book as a gift. But it just blew my mind how simple the recipe was – Tommy did all of it on his own, we added peanut butter and it was delicious, needless to say it didn’t last long and we are now experimenting with other flavours.

When Lara suggested this book to me I was rather dubious, I didn’t think it would really taste that great, or like ice cream, but I was BLOWN away! We mixed it with coconut cream and desiccated coconut and could not believe how good it was. Definitely make this one, you will love it!
